About WattFit
A single-purpose reference: what graphics hardware really draws, what it really measures, and whether it really fits.
The mission
Two questions come up in almost every PC build and upgrade: will this card physically fit my case, and what does running it add to my electricity bill. Neither has a clean answer on a manufacturer spec page. TDP is a design target, not a wall measurement. Reference-card dimensions do not describe the oversized board-partner variants most people actually buy. WattFit exists to answer those two questions with variant-level data.
How the site works
Everything on WattFit is built from one spec database: per-model power draw compiled from published reviewer measurements, per-variant card dimensions from manufacturer pages and review photography, case clearance limits from case-maker documentation, and US residential electricity rates from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). The calculators are thin layers over that data — each publishes its formula in plain text with a worked example, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Where measured draw exists, it is used ahead of the sticker TDP, and both are shown.

Limits of the data
Power draw varies with the game, settings, silicon lottery, and driver version; dimensions occasionally change between board revisions. Figures here are estimates and references, not promises — for a purchase decision, confirm the critical dimension against the manufacturer's current spec sheet.
